DataSports offers optional paid subscription plans (Pro) that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store or have access to your full credit card information.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for the current billing period are available by contacting support within 7 days of the charge date.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

9. Free Trial and Tier Changes

The Free tier provides access to core features at no cost. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When downgrading, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE'S OPERATION OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED.
